I saw Clare a couple of months ago for a manicure because my hands looked very dry, chapped and red and she was confident she could help. The timing was great as I was an expectant grandmother – to – be of 2 babies, had baby showers coming up and I was feeling self-conscious about my hands being on show, and also more so when the babies arrived. I had a luxury manicure (Salon System exfoliator and mask in warming mitts) and took Clare’s advice to use hand cream and also to regularly apply a mask to my hands, pop them in a plastic bag and then onto a towel wrapped hot water bottle. (Actually I wrap some rubber bands around my wrists to seal the bags and hold them under the bath water!).

Bingo! I’ll never look like a top model but my hands look ten times better than they did! Thanks Clare!

(Those are my hands in the before and after pictures on the Salon Systems exfoliator and mask product page – Grandmother and now a model!).

I visited Clare for the first manicure of my life, I’m 76!
I was very nervous about my hands but she was reassuring and transformed them. In her welcoming home I experienced the Nail Lux scrub and mask treatment with subtle smelling oils and then my hands were encased in warm mitts, bliss! It was so soothing and calming that I nearly fell asleep. I also now know how to keep them in better condition and have bought the products for home use. I left with soft hands and well tended nails. I used to get painful cracks in the skin by the nails, but since then, no more.
I can strongly recommend Clare and her treatments.

Massage into hands / feet to purify and polish dead skin cells away. Rinse with warm water and dry. This product can be used to remove the build up of skin, dirt and grime; its recommended to follow the scrub with the mask or a good hand / foot cream. For a luxury treatment to help boost dry skin use once per week. The scrub acts to prepare the skin to receive moisturising treatment by removing the very top layer of dead skin cells and allowing the subsequent products to reach more receptive skin layers. Take a look at the how to apply guide to see the application method & gain more information.
